Following the acquisition of the site by Consolidated Properties Group and CVS Lane Capital Partners, the centre has been redeveloped to incorporate a vacant parcel of land within the development footprint and to enhance the ground level public space. This brought about a relocation of the existing supermarket to a brand new 3,700 m² latest generation Coles supermarket and expansion of the ground level promenade to fully activate the prominent position of the site on the Gold Coast Highway.
