Usher Group Headquarters

The new Gold Coast Headquarters for Usher Group will see the development of a purpose-built commercial office and industrial facility to accommodate the 500+ staff base for Usher.
The site has prominent exposure along the Pacific Motorway nearby the Varsity Lakes train station. The façade has been designed to articulate movement, greenery and a sustainable building outcome. The four-storey office will also accommodate a large external recreation area and roof top garden for staff amenity.
