The project brief from the centre owners, Consolidated Properties Group and CVS Lane Capital Partners, was to reposition the existing centre and create a shopping mall environment that would attract a new type of retail offering and customer convenience to the area.
The whole-of-centre upgrade involved improvements to all four mall entry areas, a revitalisation of the existing centre façade, upgrades to the mall interior and existing services within the centre.
The redevelopment offers a more inviting and welcoming environment for the daily shopping needs of the local community and is also gaining momentum as a new entertainment and recreational precinct.
