Yeerongpilly Green is a mixed-use, master planned project, being undertaken in a joint venture between Consolidated Properties Group, CVS Lane Capital Partners and the Queensland Government.
It is a riverside development of boutique apartments and an urban village of shopping, lifestyle and eatery tenancies. Located only 7km from Brisbane’s CBD, the development will be nestled amongst 1.8 hectares of subtropical landscaped parks and boulevards.
The commencement of construction of the first stage is a major milestone, delivering residential spaces, together with a Woolworths retail centre, café and dining precinct, specialty stores and commercial offices. Upon the completion of Stage 1, the development will boost approximately 11,600sqm of retail, 7,000sqm of commercial offices and 101 luxury residential apartments & terrace homes.
Yeerongpilly Green will deliver a fresh, premium destination of bespoke buildings and experiences on Brisbane’s south side away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD.
