Developed by P3, SCURRS Health & Wellness Centre will provide a state of the art medical facility while respecting the site’s rich history.
The centre has been designed to offer health professionals the opportunity to work with a collaborative focus to deliver integrated patient centred care.
The development intends to co-locate multiple health practitioners into the one central location with an aim to offer GP medicine, specialists, pharmacy, radiology, pathology, rehabilitation facilities, an organic supermarket and ground floor café.
The project is located at the high profile intersection of Logan and Creek roads and offers 3,824sqm of net lettable area across three levels with lift access to all floors and car parking for patients & staff.
