With a mix of stores including Coles, Flight Centre, Laubman & Pank and ANZ Bank, plenty of parking and family-friendly facilities, Sydney St Markets is one of Mackay’s premier shopping destinations.

In 2018, Charter Hall, the owner of the centre, was looking to undertake a façade upgrade which would offer a unique identity to the entry of the centre and address the tropical weather conditions of the Mackay region.

The new cladding and screening treatment has added much needed warmth, articulation and functionality to the outdoor dining precinct.
