Bushland Beach Plaza is located on Mt Low Parkway and is 23km north-west of the Townsville CBD.

The project expanded the existing retail strip centre in order to cater for the growing shopping and recreational requirements of the local community. The expanded centre boasts a full line Coles supermarket and ancillary specialty tenancies.

The centre was also repositioned to accommodate a restaurant offering, outdoor children’s playground and public space for the local community.
