As part of the team that originally designed Gracemere Shoppingworld in 2011, Costa Vorkas has continued to work closely with the centre owner, designing all refurbishments, upgrades, and maintenance of this regional centre located 9km west of Rockhampton.
Anchored by Woolworths and Best & Less, the centre features more than 20 speciality stores, a 330-space car park and a modern parents’ room. A Development Approval has been obtained for an expansion of the centre, which would see Gracemere Shoppingworld’s gross floor area increase to over 16,000 sqm.
