Located in Central Queensland, Biloela is 120 km inland from the port city of Gladstone and 142 km south of Rockhampton. While Biloela Shoppingworld was originally opened in 1981, for over 20 years, Costa Vorkas has worked closely with the centre owner, designing all refurbishments, upgrades, and maintenance of this large regional centre. 

In 2017, the Biloela Shoppingworld was expanded to include a discount department store, a bigger Woolworths supermarket, a petrol station, enhanced food court, additional speciality stores and basement car parking for 300 vehicles.  

The centre is renowned for its quality of design with a detailed emphasis on shopper comfort, security and access for vehicular and pedestrian traffic ensures an easy, safe and enjoyable shopping experience. It is currently undergoing a $40 million redevelopment.
