The existing main street retail centre has undergone] a much-needed refurbishment in order to refresh the supermarket offering and overall look and feel of the centre.
The new Coles Local was the first of its kind in Queensland and has led the retail centres’ tenancy mix being re-positioned in order to enhance the local lifestyle precinct and address the community’s needs for a refreshed urban setting.
The centre has also benefited from an expanded covered plaza and façade upgrade.
